Arts Access
The Capitol Theatre connects our community with incredible live arts experiences, across all disciplines and in both official languages.
The Capitol is deeply rooted in the community it serves. We are proud to partner with other cultural organizations, educational institutions, nonprofits and businesses to create a positive impact within our community.
We believe that arts and culture are essential to a healthy and vibrant community. We are committed to ensuring that all community members are able to make incredible arts experiences a part of their lives.
The ARTS ACCESS program removes attendance barriers by partnering with other local nonprofits to distribute complimentary tickets to their members. We want everyone to feel that there is a place for them at the Capitol.
HOW IT WORKS:
● This program is specially crafted for nonprofit groups. Requests must be made by nonprofit organizations. Requests from individuals will not be granted.
● Tickets are available for Capitol PRESENTS series performances.
● Complimentary vouchers will be issued rather than tickets. Vouchers must be exchanged at our box office at least 30 minutes prior to the
performance.
● Vouchers do hot hold a seat. It is possible for a show to sell out before
vouchers are redeemed. Please exchange your voucher as early as
possible to avoid disappointment.
● If attending a specific performance has particular relevance to your
programs or members, please let us know.
● Tours can be arranged for your group free of charge. If it is your first visit,
consider booking a tour!
● Vouchers are distributed at the discretion of the Capitol Theatre and are
subject to availability.
● If a voucher has been exchanged for a ticket and the patron cannot
attend, please contact the box office at 506-856-4379 as soon as possible.
