You asked and we delivered! Following frequent requests from our patrons for Broadway quality entertainment, in 2016 the Capitol Theatre started producing home-grown, high calibre professional musical theatre, in collaboration with Tutta Musica.

Since that first production, thousands have attended broadway-quality full scale musicals, and hundreds of employment opportunities for emerging and professional artists have been created. Millions have been generated in economic spin offs, while adding vibrancy to the downtown during the slower touring months of February and March.
