Your Capitol
As a regional, bilingual cultural centre, the Capitol is committed to promoting all arts disciplines and to present local, regional, national and international artists for you – our patrons.
The Capitol is a vibrant member of our community. We are proud to partner with other cultural organizations, educational institutions, governments and businesses to ensure the continuation of live performing arts in our region.
Our mandate allows us to preserve one of our community’s most significant and beloved heritage buildings, while also preserving the building’s original purpose as a popular community venue for the presentation of arts, entertainment and cultural events.
